About PayPerks

Vision

PayPerks is building a modern web-based company to provide low– and middle–income (LMI) consumers with more transparency, choice and access.

Our vision is for LMI consumers to view and use financial services products as tools to achieve their goals, and for financial institutions view LMI consumers as a profitable segment to serve with innovative products and services.

The idea for PayPerks came from our quest to create a shared–value company: one that uses its social mission to create solutions that benefit the entire ecosystem.

Work at PayPerks

PayPerks Team Bowling

We are hiring – view our open jobs

Our secret sauce is cooked up by a small team that works at the intersection of many skillsets: payments, loyalty, web and mobile apps, financial inclusion, education, prepaid debit cards, illustration and visual storytelling, data analytics, marketing, psychology of changing behavior, sweepstakes, and games.

Do you have a passion for one or more of these things? Fantastic! But we're not only looking for passion, we are looking for people who see around corners and want to move mountains. People who are fearless, fast learners, and excited by taking risks.

It's hard work that we make fun. PayPerks is not your average work environment -- we take our work seriously, but we laugh...a lot. Sometimes without smiling. (Try it! Laughing without smiling—it's hard!)

PayPerks Team in Washington Square Park

We celebrate milestones with jumps in the fountain at Washington Square Park. (We try to plan our milestones for nice weather.) We reward responsibility and performance with nearly unlimited flexibility.

We’ll teach you our tricks, of which we have many, but we only hire people who we can learn from. In fact, to be hired you must be better than everyone on our existing team—at any game or activity of your choosing. (Hint: don’t choose tennis or backgammon.)
